We are open to all seeking the full Gospel of Jesus Christ for membership in our church. We commit ourselves to generosity and to the responsible use of our spiritual and material resources.

MISSION GOALS: To upgrade/replace our current church and rectory, expand our social hall, offer our ethnic foods.

OUR PARISH PRAYER:

Oh God, the benefactor of our souls, Grant that by the prayers of St. Athanasius our parish patron,
We may be blessed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Grant that our community would grow in Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Piety, Knowledge and Fear of the Lord.  Grant that our community would grow in Charity, Faith, Prudence, Hope, Justice and Temperance.

Oh Confessor and Bishop Athanasius, you said, “God became man so that man could become god.” Pray for us that we would grow in Spirit.

Through the prayers of the Most Holy Theotokos and all the saints, now and forever. Amen.

Greeting! I am a international student from China. I was baptized as a Eastern Catholic when I attended high school in Detroit. I will come back to America for college at Purdue University this August, so I just wonder if there is a Eastern Church near it. Thank you so much!

I will be attending the conference on Saturday, September 13th, 2014 and looking very forward to the experience. I just have one question, do I need to have a chapel veil? I do not currently have one but am sure I could aquire one.

Nicholas Liu, there is an Eastern Orthodox Church in Lafayette near Purdue University. St. Alexis Eastern Orthodox Church and Father Gregory is the priest there. Up there that is close as you are going to get to a similiar church.

Christina, I am sorry for the delayed response, but I do not review directly the website. A chapel veil or head-covering for women is NOT required in a Byzantine Catholic Church in the Eparchy of Parma. I hope you enjoyed the Conference.

Our food pantry is primarily for those in the Rhodius Park area. But anyone who comes during the scheduled time of 4th Thursday of the month from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. will be given something (until we run out.) Our parish pantry is solely supplied by parishioners and doesn’t have any corporate sponsors at this time. Any donations of non-perishable food and personal hygiene products to the food pantry is encouraged and appreciated. Thanks for your question and God bless you.

    Greetings!
I was a regular visitor at the Church back about 20 years ago or so when i lived in Terre Haute.
I moved from the area to New Orleans for a job transfer.
Now there is a possibility that we will be returning to Indiana most like to the Indianapolis area!
Always loved the Church and would be happy to attend once again.
